- Payment - Click button - Add to Cart and follow the instructions for making
payment. Payments can be made instantly via any credit card / Debit Card or Pay Pal. If you don't have a Verified Pay Pal account, please proceed for the payment without opening an account with Pay Pal.
You can also make offline payments via Wire Transfer, Bank transfer, Western Union, Cash & E-Check. In this method we wait until your payment arrives. Contact us for our bank and other details.
- Making Request - After successful payment you will be automatically taken to the Requisition Form which you need to fill up online and very carefully.
- Delievery of Service - After receipt of Payment and Request Form, you will get a confirmation from us with the schedule and other required informations regarding your requested work. Your work gets qued automatically after payment and form sumission and if needed, for example,
for a Horoscope interpretation or an Analytical Report, you will get a user ID and password to go in to member area and see / download your work. For Consultations, we will contact you back to make an appointment with you. For the services those don't need personal interaction, for example a Muhurta, we will not contact you but directly will send you the work in your email with-in 48 hours.
- Yagya - For Yagya we will contact you back for further schedule and arrangements
- Yantra - For sending a Yantra we use Govt. Operated Registered Post Service or UPS or DHL
- Change & Cancellation - Before your work is started, you can make any change in your wqork and adjust the paid amount with any service without extra cost. We unfortunately have no refund policy even if your work is not started, however you can use this amount for any work with-in 2 years. After a work has been started a change shall be
understood as a new work. A can at any stage cancel your work but you will loose your paid amount.
- Guaranty & Services - After receipt of work or after 1st entry in your member area, you have 14 days to make any clarification. After this period your file is closed and every request shall be treated as a new request. If delivered work doesn't satisfy you (see also the terms & conditions), you can
avail the same work from another scholar free of cost.
